Chinese style small dresser (Bloor West Village)

In OK condition. All drawers open but a little sticky. All wood and painted black lacquer. A little loose on top and some wear and tear top and back. Is like a leather (?) top that has cracking throughout. But very pretty. Belonged to my grandmother who had this in 1970s and 80s in her front room. I believe purchased 1960s or 70s. Cannot use it anymore. Also it is about 3 feet tall and 2 feet in diameter
