One jewel (Glen Burnie)

I messed up a craft I’m making and I think I can hide it with one of these plastic jewels. I’m looking for the clear/silver jewel circled in the image. No larger than 1/4 inch. If you have one, I’d love to have it! Thank you for saving my craft!
