Pull up/out action metal frame bed with 8cm thick mattress (would probably benefit from additional memory foam topper) mattress width 44" (small double)
Overall sofa size 72" from armrest to armrest and 44" from back to front
Good Condition no rips/tears - Pet free/Smoke free home
Cleaning instructions - cushions unzip for washing on cool machine wash/spin dry (don't tumble) and dry on washing line.
I machine washed cushions once about 3 years ago and its had throws on bottom cushions since then, although the arm rests could maybe do with cleaning at some point.
