Hello ,
I just wondered if somebody/anybody had a Treadmill they no longer use or need , please ?
I would be so grateful as I suffer from a serious back problem and walking is so painful but I want to try and help myself by slowly strengthening my back muscles to help support me like they should .
I can collect at a suitable time and would appreciate it so much.
