Includes top, pants, football pads for extra monsterieness, wig, and some accessories. Costume is lightweight stretchy one size fits all. Football pads are youth sized, but they weren't uncomfortable for me, 200 lbs. 5'7". It triggers my cat allergy so I can't keep it.
