Apple IMac NOT WORKING (Lower Walkley S6)

I have an Apple IMac to gift which has a solid state drive. Please note this computer does not work or turns on randomly then turns off again. It would probably only be any good for spares or repairs. Also there is no power cable, keyboard or mouse with it.
