MK 4 VW Golf does not start (Me1 1bg)

5 Door VW Golf, Black, manual, 53 reg.
Car would not start due to likely alternator malfunction. My Dad started taking it apart to repair as I couldn't due to being pregnant. He then forgot how to put it back together. We need it gone as we need the garage for storage and need it gone by the end of this week. Has been sitting in the garage for about a year without use.
