stray cats (SE16)

Hello 👋

I have been made aware there is a cat colony that needs help with food and deworming tables etc, any help is welcome !
In this cat colony there is a poor kitten with some eye problems that we would like to get it checked by a vet , but we will need to catch him first . So I am asking also if anyone has a trap catch and release for this reason and to catch the other members of the colony to be spayed / neutered.
Any help or suggestions is much appreciated. Thank you!
