Plastic Pipe (Lingfield RH7)

Looking to make something like the attached for my grandson. Does anyone have any offcuts (6-9in lengths) of 2.5in or wider white plastic pipe?
Can collect from Oxted, Godstone, East Grinstead, Lingfield, Edenbridge areas. Many thanks
