Futon style sofa bed (Lower Earley RG6)

We have a large futon style sofa bed available. It is 2m wide and about 1m in depth. It is generally in good condition but there are a couple of green pen marks on the cover (see pictures).

Note: you need to be able to help dismantle and carry it out from the first floor room it is currently in. Also as it is 2m long you need a vehicle large enough to accommodate it.
