I’ve recently simplified my collection and am giving away some books and magazines I’ve loved (and some I never got around to reading), framed art/prints and a backpack.
Perfect for anyone interested in self-improvement, philosophy, classical music (especially piano), and art/culture.
Collection must be taken as one lot—I am unable to split the items.
What's Included:
• Self-Improvement & Philosophy Books: Titles include 'The Power of Now' (Eckhart Tolle), 'The Art of Living' (André Maurois), 'The Brain That Changes Itself,' and works by Osho and Joel Osteen.
• Miscellaneous Magazines: Issues of 'TIME' (including the Elon Musk 'Person of the Year' cover) and a large stack of 'The New Yorker.'
• Classic & Modern Literature: Includes a Everyman’s Library hardback three-volume boxset of Leo Tolstoy's 'War and Peace' and vintage short story collections from 'The New Yorker.'
• Memoirs & Culture: 'Surrender: 40 Songs, One Story' by Bono, and a limited edition proof copy of 'Smartphone Nation' by Dr. Kaitlyn Regehr.
• Classical Music & Art/Culture Magazines: A large stack of 'International Piano' (all 2025 issues), 'Gramophone,' and 'BBC Music' magazines, many featuring the pianist Yunchan Lim and others.
• Art/Prints: Framed and unframed prints and posters including:
• A black-and-white 4x6-inch framed print of Michelangelo's “David” (plus an empty white frame).
• A framed A3-size poster for Yunchan Lim’s BBC Proms debut concert.
• Two 8x8-inch photo tiles - Prints of space/celestial art (including “Earth Rise”).
• A large 18x12-inch framed print of Eduardo Chicharro Agüera’s “The Last Temptation of the Buddha”
• A backpack
Please only request if you can take everything and can collect at the agreed-upon time. I'm prioritising the first person who confirms a definite collection day and time.
