Hand mincer (Summertown OX2)

It’s a lovely solid piece of machinery. I bought it new and have hardly used it, because it doesn’t clamp easily to any of my work surfaces. Before deciding whether you want it, I suggest measuring - you need a bit of overhang or edge of a work surface that is 4 cm high or less.
