Carpet underlay (Tilehurst RG30)

Rubber/foam backed underlay with strong textile top layer for a room 14 feet x 9 feet or 4.2 x 2.74 metres approx. The underlay is used and has some slight cracks in the rubber corresponding to plank joints but is not breaking down and is suitable for anyone laying carpet on a budget.
