Child's bike (Whiteparish SP5)

I have been tasked with getting my 3 year old grandson a first bike. This needs to have 14 inch wheels, but I'm happy to sort out problems as long as it's not rusty. I'm happy to collect within 15-20 miles of Salisbury.
