My old PC is still very capable, but is too old to be able to install Windows 11, and Windows 10 is about to lose security updates, putting it at risk. I am in the middle of having my benefits switched to Universal Credit. Due to long term and deteriorating ill health, I am no longer able to figure out what to search for on eBay, so would be very grateful if anyone has either a low end PC or a motherboard and CPU (most of my system can be transferred) that is officially supported by Windows 11. It can be the oldest generation that is supported, as long as all I have to do once the system is built is put a DVD (or USB stick) in the system and install with no hacks. I would prefer AMD, but as I am asking for it for free, I am not really all that choosy.
All I will be doing is running Open Office (less demanding than M$ Office), watching videos and playing a massive multiplayer online game in my browser, so it doesn't have to be very powerful. It does need to be able to accept my NVME drive and a minimum of 4 hard drives. I don't want anything with a proprietary form factor, it needs to fit in my current case and work with my current accessories (so basically I don't want anything that only works in the original case or needs a specially power supply connector, as it would be expensive to fix if ever needed)
