Laptop (Woodstock OX20)

After flooding I will be without access to my computer. It is my only way of contact. I have no mobile phone. The disabled living extension wraps around the house and I would have to go through the kitchen to use the computer, and it cannot be put in the bedroom, because the temporary kitchen will be there. I have never used a laptop. I am fine at typing but not texting. I have been on disability since 1993 and communication is paramount. It will not be permanent, but I don't know how long I shall need it.
