Mobile phone (Home PE7)

Hi has anyone got a spare smart phone ideally. Just something I can use in the net and to email and use for calls. Don't need to be all singing and all dancing. Got a friend that's had to move because of his living situation. And has had to leave everything behind. So we trying to help sort him out.
