Russell Hobbs iron - part working (NG12 Cropwell Bishop)

THE STEAM FUNCTION DOESN’T WORK!

But the iron itself works fine. I’ve been using a spray bottle of water in lieu of the steam.
 If you can fix the steam function, it’s a brilliant iron.
If you can’t, it’s better than no iron at all!
