I'm looking for a nice formal dress or formal outfit for my anniversary dinner coming up in late November. Size small or medium; I am about 124lbs and 5'3". I'll be walking outside in Pittsburgh so preferably warm or winter appropriate. Does anyone have something hanging in the back of their closet they never wear that would fit the ocassion? Much appreciated! Thanks!!
