In poor surface condition - needs sanding and painting or re-varnishing. Structure is sound.
Dimensions:
Table is roughly circular when extension flaps are open & it is 51 inches across the full width with flaps open. It isn't exactly circular, it's oval. Height is 29.5 inches.
This item needs two people to carry it so you need to bring someone with you to collect it. I cannot help with lifting.
