Baby jogger double buggy (SW4)

Our Baby Jogger Double City Select Buggy broke down (see picture), don‘t know if it is repairable, so i imagine to give it away for parts, but maybe someone very handy can repair it… The rest of the buggy is in used condition, one of the sun shades is new. I also replaced the breaks recently.
