Folding trolley (Norham Manor OX2)

I am pretty sure it is this one from VanHaus https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0774TLP81?ref=cm_sw_r_cso_cp_apin_dp_97YQF1CDA...
I measure the platform at about 45x65cm.
As you can see from the pictures it is a bit beaten up, but it is still very solid and the wheels work fine.
I haven’t managed to work out how the handle folds down but I am 90% sure it does and that I am just 100% too stupid to work it out!
Look at the Amazon link - the wheels are not huge so it isn’t great for wheeling stuff across a lawn - would work fine indoors or on paved areas outside.
