candle and soap double burner (BA2)

This is a small candle wax and soap double-melting burner. It does need a clean, and you do that by heating it in water, and the wax just melts away, and then a brillo on the outside. It has been used, but it is in very fair condition. Just put water in the bottom pan, and the top contents melt. To go as soon as possible.
