Air Conditioner (Kensington Market)

I'm a student who is looking for a portable AC. Sadly, window ACs don't fit my window, and fans are not enough during summer as I live on the top floor. If anyone is getting rid of theirs that works, I would appreciate it. The ones I found have been out of my price range. Thank you for reading!
