Sony stereo system (Ambergate DE56)

Record played , x2 cassette player, radio and graphic equaliser .. this isn’t my item so can’t comment if it works as it should . However I’ve plugged it in and the record player spins the cassette players both run and the radio works . Only issue I can see is the lid doesn’t stay down , I would imagine it just needs a magnet or something sat on top … this must be collected today otherwise it will be taken to a charity shop
