The height can be adjusted and one side can be lowered to allow you to place the cot next to your bed.

All of the material parts can be removed for washing.

All of the material parts have been washed recently.

The frame has some cosmetic scratch marks and there is a small tear in the fabric (see photos), this could be repairable if your handy with a needle and thread otherwise it is in good condition.

(Mattress and sheet included).

The only thing that is missing is the straps used to secure the crib to a bed frame, the manufacturer recommends you use the straps.

You can purchase replacement straps online which are marketed as universal but I can't speak to their compatibly.

The crib has been dismantled and put in a box.
