Shower Rail/Riser Bar: A chrome shower rail set (brand new unused).

Cabinet/Door Hinges: A pile of metal cabinet/cupboard hinges (some soft-close).

Smoke Alarm: New, boxed 240 Volt AC powered smoke alarm with 9-volt battery backup (Garvan brand).

Allround Banding/Strapping: A box of Q-Crimp 12mm galvanised allround banding (10m roll, QARB12G).

Ceiling/Vent Parts: White plastic vent cover/flange (square with a round hole) and a white domed light fitting cover/escutcheon.

Sanding Sheets: A few triangular/tear-drop shaped sanding sheets for a detail sander.

Various Metal/Plastic Strips & Fixings: Including some metal strips (for shelf support/edging), a small tube of Grout Revive, some small brackets, screws, and other fixings/plugs.
