FAA Checked-Carrier - Med. (300) (Cherry Chase, Waverly Park)

Seeking a Checked-Pet-Carrier for 30lbs dog. For safety, comfort, and FAA approval, the kennel must be 32"x22"X23" - this is size 300 in FAA speak. Kennel must be two-part hard-plastic construction, with functioning spring/latch door. Must have handles or lift holds. Thanks!!
