High single bed with futon underneath (Newport Pagnell MK16)

Sturdy metal bunk bed with a pink sofa underneath. , bed frame itself in great condition & the single mattress, however, full disclosure, the pink futon mattress has a felt tip pen stains on it, some water stains & a tear where the flowers have got caught when lifting it on & off, , could cover with a large throw or could replace the futon cushion. bottom folds out to a small double 180x120cm, mattress for that has now gone, top is standard single. Ideally want it gone by the weekend
