Perennial bushes (Columbia Heights (Monroe St))

Two perennial bushes. Not sure of type—urgent message—but photo will indicate. These two 4-5’ tall bushes must be removed from neighboring yard today or will be cut down. Will require removing to root ball. Please let me know immediately if interested. 1500-1600 block Monroe St, NW.
