Titanium dioxide white pigment (Probus)

Hi! Can anyone make use of an almost full bag of titanium dioxide white pigment, the sort used for cosmetics/soap-making etc & in the food industry? I'd say it's not suitable for consumption as it's been in my garage for a while, but I'm really hoping someone can make use of it for creative purposes as it was expensive to buy and I'd hate for it to go to waste!
