No fire label but it looks like a solid DFS style armchair so I've never been bothered by that

Lovely solid armchair great for a snuggle with your kid or dog or just on your own

It's quite large which is why I'm clearing out as I need the space for storage.

I suggest bringing a 2nd person if at all possible as its really heavy and hard to manoeuvre. I can help but it's really a three person job to move, 2 to carry and one to move.

If not I can try and get it out of the door ready for you with help but it will reduce the options for collection.

Some marks as per photo but I've not even tried to rub them off - they look like they will likely rub off so I will try that before collection.
