Cell Phone (can meet in public area)

I'm looking for a newer cell phone and don't make enough money to full out purchase one from the store.. I recently got released from custody and I'm starting over from basically nothing.. and the phone im using atm is an older one... im currently using an iphone 8 , it works and everything right now .. but only limited app's due to it being outdated.. I am asking for the public's help with this and to please not judge me based on my past... and to plz help me have a brighter future.. so plz if your reading this and can help me with my request It would be greatly appreciated.
