This is designed to make a non-wifi/bluetooth mechanical garage door opener compatible with your phone/wifi. Requires some fiddling to connect wires to the mechanical garage door opener and setting it up with your phone before it will work Once installed it worked flawlessly for me.

Compatible with Apple HomeKit and I believe Google Assistant. You'll need an app from the corresponding app store to set it up. With Apple Homekit once its set up you don't need the app - a widget shows up in your phone to open and closed the door.
