Per photo, complete with travel case and charger. Tooth brush is erratic sometimes it charges sometimes it won't - quite mystifying but I have a replacement and hence abandoning pursuing this one. Maybe a fix or maybe just useful for the travel case and charger. Collection from Springfield Road OX12
