Shop Vac - no longer turns on (Canterbury)

See pics. The switch tested ok but I can't get to the motor to see if there is a thermo fuse there to be changed. Maybe you'd have better luck or you can use any of the parts, all the accessories are there. If you make a commitment to pick it up at a specific day/time you are expected to honor your commitment.
