Small Blue wheelie bin (Greenhill BA3)

Hi,
My partner is looking for a small blue wheelie bin for her roadside recycling collection, preferably 110/120 Litres.
Unfortunately her local authority can't supply one since any they get returned are chipped up to be recycled.
I appreciate it's a long shot since we don't use blue wheelie bins here.
