This is our garden swing. It is about 2.8m high and very stable. Even a 90kg adult could easily swing quite powerful. We used it a lot and it was great for the kids and their friends.
The brackets and carabiner are free to go as well. I would replace some of the rusted screws, but you don't have to they are still strong.
I bought the metal plates from the internet and the wooden beams from a merchant. They are treated. The top one rotted, the four main ones are intact.
I shaped the legs such that they hold the top beam almost by itself and the metal does not have much to carry.
Even if you want to use new wood, I suggest you use my existing to shape them right and measure the drill holes as that was very tricky to figure out.
