AT&t unlocked Android phone (Brooklyn)

I am looking for an unlocked AT&t Android phone please I know people have phones and then I can use them or they're going to sell them or they're going to do something but my mom might be going to a hospital to get hearts or surgery and she has a flip phone that's not so good so she needs like an Android phone that's AT&t unlocked so she could get it connected please if anybody has one I would really appreciate it before the end of the month because she might be going in November 1st
