Floor standing fan for repair (Sevenoaks TN13)

A big Floor standing fan. After being in the garage for the winter, it was spinning slowly so I took it apart to see if there was an obstruction - it was pristine inside. I put it back together and now it won’t move at all. Someone who knows about these things may be able to get it working. Free to pick up before it goes down to the tip.
