Small lamp, Not working and As Found (HA0)

I'm listing this lamp because it could be a good upcycling project for someone. It's not working, however this may be something simple like a fuse. It also has 1 section missing from the glass. I'm listing on the off chance that someone might have use for it, before I take it to the tip.
