Crutches (Forest Hill SE26)

I fell down some steps yesterday and have a very swollen ankle. A&E told me to keep weight off it for 2 weeks but didn’t give me crutches, so I’m really hoping someone near me in Forest Hill might have a pair they wouldn’t mind loaning or giving me? Thanks in advance!
