I'm looking for a smartphone as I'm in a crisis/emergency situation (see below) not fussed on brand/model etc I just need to download the Starling banking app and make calls. Unlocked or Vodafone is great but grateful for anything.

I'm in emergency accommodation as I fled an abusive partner. I left with the clothes I had on, my phone, debit cards and my Chromebook. I lost the phone and debit cards, I bank with Starling so can't withdraw cash in branch, I have no ID, my Chromebook isn't compatible with the banking app, the Council won't help me with a phone, funding and grants require applications submitted usually by a social worker etc and time is of the essence as I desperately need clothes, toiletries and a way of contacting the outside world. I'm unable to go back to the flat

I'm in Waterloo Premier Inn (emergency accommodation from Lambeth Council)
