I signed up for these last year from Mind. I loved receiving them, however haven't got round to looking at them. They contain little kits of mindfulness style activities. Most of them are complete, however there may be bits missing.
Collection from HA0 4LL, near Alperton Tube Station (Piccadilly line). I work from home, so am flexible re. collection, however please let me know when you can collect.
I will wait until 9pm today (3rd Nov) before offering these to someone to give people a fair chance.
