A job lot very old computer components (untested) (Chalfont St Giles HP8)

Hi have very old INTEL mother board and processor IDE and SATA , IDE CD disc drive , IDE hard drive , IDE small floppy disc drive 4 graphics cards and PSU unable to test all but the mother board powers up but then turns it's self off again the Nvidia video card fan spins up too, but have no monitor to test. but for some in the know, you might be able to get a classic gaming rig out of all this thanks
