I have a roman blind available in cream/off white with white lining. It is not blackout lining.
It's made from cotton linen look fabric.
I made it with velcro at the top to stick to a wooden baton which would be fastened to the top of the window. It's complete with rods in the rod pockets but will need a baton in the hem pocket to weight it. It will also need a new pull cord.
The measurements are:
L165cm
W100cm
