Windows Laptop Computer (Iris and 30th Boulder)

I am looking for a windows laptop computer (Windows 10 or 11) with a reliable processor, at least 8GB of RAM, and a free USB port.Refurbished is fine.
(I need it to run my new RIFE machine!)
