Hydrangea plant (Great Boughton CH3)

We were given a Hydrangea in a pot but it has blown over in a storm and the pot cracked. It needs to be dug in somewhere and we don’t have the time but don’t want it to die. If you can collect it and give it a good space we would be grateful!
