Water feature (Middlewood S35)

Very heavy concrete cast water feature. The cable has been bite. Through by the dog, but if you can fix it, it circulates water from the base through the dragon. As I say, very heavy so need two people (or one body builder!) to lift into a boot. Afraid I can't help due to a back issue.
