Older iPad for person with dementia (Fair Oaks x Tasman)

For a person with dementia, wanting to set up an iPad for FT with family, it needs to run ios 13 or newer. Looking for a good condition ipad mini 4+, ipad 6th gen+, ipad Air 3rd gen+ or any ipad Pro version. With all the new devices coming out every year, someone must have one sitting around. I tried to set it up with mine, but it was an even older version. Need one in good working condition with no issues. Grateful if you have one to help out.
